Warum? the second string quartet by Luca Lombardi will be performed on 23 January 2024, at 5.30 pm at Teatro Comunale of Ferrara. It will be performed again by the Shaborúz Quartet with Angela Tempestini and Amedeo Ara, violins, Marina Margheri, cello with the participation of Edoardo Rosadini, viola. “Warum?” is a musical reflection on the two sides of German history: great culture (in this case with a tribute to Robert Schumann) and the barbarism of chauvinism and anti-Semitism. The work is divided into seven movements of different durations: roBErt SCHumAnn – SHoA – Wilder Reiter – Shir – Scherzo (SHoA 2) – Warum? – SHAlom.
